Making the Switch – Heat Pump vs Storage

We’re often called on to help customers make the switch from an old resistive element tank to a heat pump – and just as often, we’re asked to reverse it.

While heat pump systems can be incredibly efficient, they aren’t always the best fit for every home or customer. Some units don’t cope well in colder climates or enclosed spaces, and repair parts can be hard to source. If your existing heat pump has failed and you’re tired of the hassle, we can help you transition back to a traditional resistive system – usually with minimal wiring changes and a fast turnaround.
